Kenpo Karate Kata Manual-Tracy System

This manual was written to provide a detailed description of katas within the Tracy System of Kenpo. It includes twenty (20) katas written with full technique descriptions. The descriptions are in generally complete sentences with language that should be familiar to Tracy Practitioners. The manual is organized in a simple alphabetical outline format for easy reference. The Kenpo Karate Kata Manual includes the following kata descriptions: #1 Sword, #3 Staff, Book Set, Dark Room Staff, Little Tiger, Long 1-8, Mass Attack A & B, Short 1-3, Tiger and Crane, Two Person Set A & B.
