Certainly an atmospheric beginning. The brilliant use of alliteration brings alive the mystery and suspense necessary for this kind of story. Worth a look. "Buy this book" I started reading late at night and couldn't put it down.If you are a fan of King,Koontz or Laymon, then this is a book for you. From the first page to the last, you will be hooked, once you start you can't stop.It will keep you guessing to the very end,and I dare you to turn the lights off after you have finished,a tap at the window will never be the same.
"Breath taking first novel" Wow, i thought this book would be good, but not this good. I couldn't put it down. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who is looking for a great read...but if i were you i wouldn't take it on a camping trip with you..very scary. I am looking forward to another great novel from this guy!!! Nice job.
"GREAT READ" I completely enjoyed this book. Its a fast paced read and if you like / love horror I would highly recommend it! I read it way into the night and thank goodness don't get night mares! I happen to live in the woods in Pike county PA. The book is based in A Pike county not mine and in the woods! You won't regret this purchase
