    I'm very pleased to have published "Chi Gung the Ancient Art for Modern Times", as I understand there is a hunger for finding ways to relax. Whether to simply de-stress after a hard days' work or for deepening your meditation. For myself, I can say without reservation that learning the Shibashi Chi Gung exercises helped me to relax to a very profound level. The book introduces some basic principles you can use to change patterns of tense breathing as well as a simple method to assist you in letting go of tension in your body. I'm also glad to be able to connect you with modern teachers and accessible resources. I'm too modest to make claims about this book, but one of my students has said, "This is a much needed book".
