In this weight management diary, you will put in the foods you like. You will choose what and where you want to eat. You will choose reasonable portions. You will, through the suggestion list, be introduced to foods of which you may not have heard. You will categorize foods according to protein, carbohydrate, fats, etc. You will be able to eat everything you love, unless you determine that it is causing you to hold water, feel poorly, swell, etc. When you have completed this you will have not only control of your weight, but a way to keep it in total control and further manage any dietary indiscretions, which we all will have from time to time.
