The book is a narrative exploration of the often forgotten basics of Project Management. It reminds us that it is a life skill meant to serve a higher purpose, and illustrates this in a most delightful, simple story. Any reader will enjoy this book. For Project Managers in particular, it is both an excellent introduction for the novice, and a refreshing back-to-basics for the experienced Project Manager.
