This book is indicated for those looking for an overview of Project Management. It brings in a very concise way an analysis of the key elements in Project Management. It shows three different cases (Housekeeping Project, ERP Implementation, New Product Development) where the concepts of Project Management were applied. In addition, the author presents examples of some tools to help Project Managers.

"Not for those looking for details" The author does a good job with the tools and explaining the general phases of a project. Although he doesn't go to much into details on the tools, he shows good references for those who want to understand more about them. It is a good, simple, and summarized book. I would recommend for those who want to give the first steps on Project Management.
"OVERVIEW" I've a PM for the last 15 years and I think the book delivered exactly what I was expecting: an overview of Project Management. It also has a good OVERVIEW of some tools I didn't know, such as Real Options. I think it is a good book for those who are looking for an overview. And I think the book does a good job highlighting the importance of some tools.
