The Fruit Peddlers

In the Gulf of Termini off the coast of Sicily, three brothers cast their nets into the water, hauling up the day’s catch. Sons of a long line of fishermen, these men lead a poor and simple life in the town of their ancestors. Soon, though, the call of opportunity reaches them from across the Atlantic. One by one, the brothers depart for America, leaving their families behind. Is this a siren song, luring them to destruction, or a true trumpet of hope? Follow this story of immigrants as they undertake the great journey, starting with nothing and eventually working their way to prosperity in the small city of Richmond, Indiana.
