I have seen and purchased this GORGEOUS durable well-made library-quality Hardback book - it has over 600 pages in good quality paper, filled with the thoughts and remembrances of one of history's most beloved and hated leaders. The painting on the front is one of the most popular of Napoleon, standing tall with chin up, clad in elegant uniform, at the peak of his youth, power and prestige. I've lower the publisher's price as much as possible so you can get a copy. This kind of ego doesn't belong in a Kindle! Or even a Nook.
The first 600 pages of the almost 2000 page memoir of the world's greatest military genius and, perhaps ironically, introspective writer. Napoleon was one of us -- if American, he would have definitely fought for the Confederacy (and probably won). He was an honorable, proud, intrepid rebel -- but also a thoughtful, philosophical, and majestic writer. We are proud to include this memoir as part of of our LION series. This one was really my pleasure, Richard Lee Fulgham.
