Mairo Primary School-2015

Through years of governmental neglect and conflict, the educational infrastructure of South Sudan has led to the majority of the population being illiterate. With the help of the humanitarian organizations Journeyman International and Hope Ofiriha, a primary school facility will be designed to enhance the learning capability of several villages. The school will help provide education for 1200 students ages 6-15 in the Omilling Villages outside of Magwi, South Sudan. The primary school will improve and empower the economic and social well-being of the students through the education they will be able to receive.
