Putting this book down feels like you've betrayed mankind. Nimrod's travels through lands both real and mystical capture your imagination. His interactions with larger than life villains, creatures, and aliens range from the terrifying to the absurd. Betrayal lies at every turn and Nimrod must blaze a path through uncharted territory to find himself, who he can call friend, and ultimately the key to saving humanity. Buy this book......before it's to late.

The Cabalistic Overture is one of the most creative stories I have ever read. In this book, Nimrod Wacker is telling the story of his life to someone. As I read the story, I couldn’t help but think, poor kid. Did this really happen? It must have or some variant of it. No one believed the aweful things that happened to this person. But his story is remarkable. Remarkable because Nimrod Wacker rises above all the problems that he encountered to learn that he is the chosen one. He is the one who will save all mankind by pressing the button. You literally go to the moon and back……and then to Afghanistan in this story. There are six women, kidnapped on earth, isolated, then sent to the moon, and then back to Afghanistan. Their sole job was to kill men. Bad men. And they do so with such extreme gruesome hideous detail. It is simply unbelievable. Nagrom, Nitram, Satanic DNA, Neanderthal DNA, Afghanistan, torture, death, wild mythical creatures. They all intertwine creating one amazing story.... More > I had the sense that the author was actually writing about real people, places, and events. I did a search on the Internet and found that the incident where the elephant died actually happened. So, the science is authentic, places real, and at least some of the events are true. I only wonder if characters in the book are based on people the author knows. And the ending is a unique, surprising twist. It will come out of the blue, and catch you by surprise. I can’t wait to read Nimrod Wacker's next book. I give this 5 stars. I would give more if I could.< Less
