This manual will describe in detail the combat and training components of Yin style BaguaZhang. This manual stress combat training to gain real martial skills as a Yin style BaGuaZhang practitioner. Also included are the Qian Chuan Zhang- (forward piercing palm) and Mao Zhang- (grinding palm) methods. Also included in this volume are the palm change, Qi Gong, circle walking training, body conditioning and Yin style martial applications. All the techniques for practice in this book can be enhanced by working with a partner.

"BA gua zhang book" I was very impresssed with this book. BGZ is a rare style and Novell has spent many years as a BGZ enthusiast and fighter. He gives clear explanations of principles concepts and techniques to help one gain pracitical understanding of the Rare Yin style BGZ. The stories in the back of the book will give one the understanding of the spirit needed to develope in the arts. Sifu Rudy
"Yin Fu Baqua manual" Laoshi Bell's manual is a great introduction to the Yin style of Baqua and I would recommend it to all martial artists regardless of their style. Laoshi Bell's emphasis on real time application and development of strong a basic foundation sets his work apart from other Bagua books that stress esoteric discussions of the i-ching trigrams and academic martial theory over the reality of baguazhang. "re: Yin Style Baguazhang Combat Manual" I've had this book now for a number of months now, worked through many of the exercises and I do think that it has been useful for me. I was first introduced to bagua back in '89 and have worked on trying to make it work for me with varying degrees of success. This is a practical book on the art and should be taken as such. I've met the author in person and I can say that both him and his teacher are very approachable and willing to share their knowledge. Give this book a shot I think it will show you just how practical baguazhang can be. Dan P. Canada
