HYIP is the acronym for High Yield Investment Program. Simply put, an
HYIP is an investment plan that offers ROI (return on investment) higher
than the conventional investments. The profits are usually calculated and
paid on a daily basis. Generally interest rates for HYIPs range from 0.5% to
30% daily.
Just for the records, let me mention that HYIPs could as well be called High
Risk Investment programs because the risks involved are higher than those
of conventional investment plans. Now I didn’t raise that point to discourage
you. Just to drive home my warning that you should not start until you have
read this entire manual. In subsequent chapters, I shall discuss the risks
involved in HYIP investing and how to minimize those risks.
