Just an Ordinary Guy

ByOwen Mc Gough

Allow Owen to introduce you to ‘Super Spaz’, a louder version of himself, if that was possible. This is the observations of a 40 years old disabled male with a lot to say, all said in the way only Owen can. This piece of work may appear a little controversial in places, as well as a little jaded at times, but by the end you find out just how well balanced Owen either is or isn’t. Remember this is tongue in cheek comedy, just with its very own twist. Find out why this man has so much to say about politics, teenager or school and find humour in the discomfort of others, especially Owens. Then go on to read one of the short plays/stories written by Owen, with his take on the modern day love story called ‘Midnight Café’. Take three students from any university and put them in a café nearby. The waitress seems quite odd, but them again nothing is exactly what it seems in the Midnight Café. Find out more about this strange little place and the goings on in the lives of the three visitors.
