I picked chapter 8 because at age of 15 in 1973 ,when I created Sammy and Pingya after watching the old Kung Fu series,I made up my own story about a Chinese man that came to the west, name Pingya Kelly who worked on the railroads for free passage to America. But this chapter I asked my late Grandma about,so it special chapter to me.
Sammy Anderson a white Kansas teenager married a half Chinese and half White man in 1877 Kansas. After two years of being away from home, they come back for a visit to her family.
I write in my own way of thinking and talking. My stories are not in what people called correct English text book grammar, just American from the midwest and South.
My friend DeJaVu2003 drew my story people.
