    I have been studying eastern philosophy and meditation for over 5 years first as a yoga student then as part of prajna yoga teacher training. This little book manages to express, inform, and guide me in a way that I hope my teaching will become: gentle, essential, simple (in the way that all great ideas are simple), lovingly, and clear. It is a great piece of work

    This book is wonderful! If you are looking for an alernative way to relax and change your overall perspective on your life this is the book to read and reflect on. The exercises are easy to follow and the results are amazing. The author, Pat Higgins, has a personal way of making you step back a bit and examine life as you know it now and how it can be - amazing!
