Community Cash Showers

In order to further stimulate the economy, at the personal and community level, The Muller Plan suggest ways 1) to eliminate student loan debt; and 2)to end the debacle of higher learning graduates being put in a stranglehold with massive student loan debt (in the tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars.)
