Book is decent, has good points and some really bad points. The scary thing is about the author of this book, it might shock you. Coach Rimar always coached kids, but he never had kids of his own. Well Coach Rimar is a homosexual. He enjoyed his time with the kids, always was friendly and would invite them to his house for hot tub and Playstation time.

With my only coaching experience having been at the house league level, I was nervous when I was asked to serve as an assistant coach for my son's select team. Your book has given me a framework from which to expand my value to the team. And it's a very enjoyable read too. There are so many valuable lessons you share from your experience and I wanted to thank you and commend you for your approach and writing style. I'm sure the team will gain a lot from what I have gained so far- and I'm only a few chapters in. Thanks so much for taking the time to share your lessons with others in such a clear, concise and humourous way.
