It is only a draft, created for developmental purposes. It includes only about 15% of the images which will be used. (Feel free to peek into the "free download" version, but understand that the texts are all quick drafts, and the format is nowhere near final. This book is mainly a throw-together to be able to judge the quality of Aaron's existing documentation. We have since taken proper photos of a great deal more work.)
