Life as a Traditional One Man Band in England, UK. Born and brought up in the industrial Black Country, I became a One Man Band quite late in life developing my interests in folk, country, traditional English music, music hall and George Formby. Along the way I was an interpreter, lavatory cleaner, marketeer, salesman, business owner, laundryman, donkey driver and martial artist. As a musician, I work in retirement homes, film and TV, clubs, festivals and fashion. My life as a One Man Band is varied and I hope interesting. My book starts at the Brighton and Hove Pride Festival and finishes in Paris at a fashion event for Stella McCartney Ltd. En route it dips into my Bilston childhood and Black Country roots.
