I got 21,29 dollars for the Japanese Red Cross. After these months, no more pdfs are being bought, thus, the file is now for free. The main aim of this work is to collect money for the victims of the March 11 Earthquake in the North of Japan. All donations will be given to the Japanese Red Cross (2 dollars) except a small amount ($1.5) which is given to Lulu for its service. This work is under license Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported. You can modify it, translate it, mix it, but with an extra condition: all you collect with it must go to the Japanese Red Cross.
