Ten ingenious Eye Exercises is a simple program of eye exercises that takes forty five minutes a day and improves your eyesight so fast it will amaze you. You may have to continue these exercises for three weeks or three months but you will see improvements in your eyesight. The book is for shortsighted people ( myopia) but everyone could benefit from doing the program. One winter I spent eight hours a day staring at a computer screen and I became so shortsighted it scared me. So I started rereading some of the older eye exercise books I had from years ago, and I made my own program of ten simple eye exercises that work so well together it's ingenious.
