Rylin Bas is a promising young acolyte at the last surviving temple to the "Child of Nobility" named Iruna. But events change people. Rylin Bas, once a boy with the rest of his life mapped out for him, has become Roh-kin, the "One who creates his own Path." This is a character study I did once for a contest. It introduces a character that will appear in a future novel. This 6 page e-book, along with 'Seeker,' are intended to introduce readers to my writing style and to my setting known as 'The Land of Caern.' Reviews appreciated!
