I hope you enjoy these 13 recipes from my dad, who was affectionately known as Papa Bob. He was born in Napa, California and raised by his immigrant Italian parents. My grandma taught him all about cooking good and traditional foods, which he passed along to me. He was a 5 foot 5 inch cooking dynamo.
He always had a bad joke and a big smile for you, but mostly he would want to cook something good for you. He seemed to love life and always wanted to share food and conversation with anybody who would be open to it.
