    "This is an EXCELLENT book!" This book offers MUCH more than beginner's information. It's covers much more advances techniques of boxing from this period, which are well described and illustrated with photos taken from actual fights that the author had been in. Modern boxers will seeing how the art has evolved, and self-defense practitioners will appreciate techniques that they can easily adopt. This book makes a great addition ot any boxing or martial arts library.
