Brother Phil, Thank you my autochthonous brother for listening to your innateness and offering us, your sisters, an answer to a life long prayer...The Wounded Womb. I am currently in the classroom of the wombniverse with this book. I have never cried, laughed and continued to give thanks and praises to The Most High whilst reading a book, up until now. I know I am not reading (that's not the word to describe what is happening to me) I am connected to the life blood, per say, the river of cosmic information that is constantly flowing from this magnanimus gift. I have always been a seeker (cognitively since I was 10 years old) and I feel the love from this gift eminating in my bones. This is one of the many truths that The Creator has encouraged Us to find. When ever I have asked the question to the Most High, The Omniscient Intelligence has answered but this answer right here, is by far the greatest ever spoken. My world has changed and forever will be going forward. My work has never... This is a must read for men and women. If you are finding yourself angry and pissed about the relationship of the Black Family and how our men find other women to satisfy them and how our mother's and father's going through health issues at such a drastic rate and there's no real solution. This book is a must read. All your anger and frustration will become clear after reading the entire text. I just put everything to the side and dedicated my time to finish this book. I had to put it down a couple of times because many truths Dr. Phillip Valentine unravels had me angry and extremely pissed, it brought alot of unknown hurt out and strengthened my family relationships. Also brought closure to some.. Now I can build a better relationship with my family being that I overstand the complications they had to survive in a system that was designed to divide and conquer them. How can you love your man or your child(ren) if you don't know how to love yourself or accept and appreciate yourself? This book is a great start for restructuring how I see life. I see it as if you distract the parents enough you can capture a child's mind and do whatever you want to it.. even cause self hate,criminal system, and the loss of desire to find the real African Heritage. After reading this text it truly placed me back at the bottom of mountain.. but I can see the mountain top much more clearly. My eyes are open much and my heart is freer to love and support my black men and brothers. It also brought some things that I was facing internally to light and I just let it go and freed myself of it. As a Black woman.. I should say my ancestors had to deal with many turmoils and the still kept on going. They said Affirmative Action was to help the Black man and woman, I really didn't receive anything like a other races have.. what I know is that in this life being Black you have to fight 3 -5 times harder than any other race.. Although highly controversial, this is one of the most important books on women's health ever written; hopefully many, many more men AND women will have the opportunity to read it.
