This is the story of how I became a wholefood-ovo-lacto-vegetarian. I have been on this path of discovery since the age of three and in that time I have gradually evaluated all the pros and cons of vegetarianism. I have been continuously gaining more information and considering the questions more deeply. I have now come to think that labelling myself as a vegetarian is the best way to describe who I am. Most people use their career record to define who they are but your career is not who you are deep down. Some people may be genetically meat-eaters but deep down in my genes I know that I am a vegetarian.
