    Good book. However, I recommend that you pick it up if you know the basics of twitter marketing :-)

    I'm not a big fan of books. They take too much time and focus more on "ideal case scenarios". This research paper instead captures in significant detail key aspects of the marketing campaign that Dell executed. Right on the ground. On the down side, I'd have wished for a little more detail around the growth side of the campaign - hope it'll come along in the next update!

    An extremely intelligent and crisp white paper. It's interesting to see how Dell implemented this high performing social media campaign with Twitter by applying the basic marketing principles. An excellent read for any entrepreneur looking to market his business online.
