"Informative, witty and enjoyable. A great book!" This is a fantastic book and at a fantastic price. It's not pages and pages long and dull, but it's (relatively) short, straight to the point, informative, witty and oozes Puredoxyk's character - which is awesome. I've not yet found such a complete source of information on Polyphasic Sleep on the internet or otherwise. Polyphasism is still very rare and this book helps you to answer lots of difficult questions to friends, family and even your boss about your strange persuits. As a new polyphaser, I've done several weeks of research online, but information is scarce and nothing quite compares to this brilliant book. Overall, this is a great read, and while it's not particularly formal, that is what I feel is so brilliant about it. It holds your attention whilst delivering the relevant information smoothly and steadily. I'd strongly recommend purchasing this book, it's well worth every cent. To be honest, I sort of regret... More > purchasing the eBook because it's something I'd like to have on my shelf to browse through. Perhaps it might be worth purchasing the paperback version if you're not as impatient as myself. "Excellent book" I was polyphasic for exactly a 1 year period a few years ago. The author's experiences were quite similar to what I experienced. I got *a lot* done during that year. Even still, I learned a bunch of things in this book that have caused me to want to do it again. Specifically, I was using an Everyman schedule and I never really gave the Uberman schedule a shot. I think I'll try that next. I'm thrilled that Pure Doxyk was willing to share her experiences. As far as whether or not to purchase this book goes, to me it's a no-brainer. Simply put, this book is an opportunity for you to learn how to have more time awake. Period. Is more time worth it? Of course it is.
"Wonderful." This book, is beautiful. A work of art indeed, I enjoy all writings by this wonderful polyphasic lady. I love this books "trys not to be a book" attitude it's very fast paced, and very informative, I discovered many flaws with my previous failed polyphasic sleeping expeditions, and this book has set me well on the path to success. I love this book, and it was well worth the 8 dollars I paid for it! If your intresting in polyphasic sleeping, BUY THIS BOOK!
