Transcription of the surviving minutes of the Upper Black Creek Primitive Baptist Church in Bulloch County, Georgia. Constituted in August 1802, these surviving minutes date from 1804. These minutes give us a rare historical glimpse into the history and function of one of the true pioneer churches of Wiregrass Georgia.
