This is basically about scheduling the various processes (who sends what to whom, in which order). It does not explain how to do them. I bought a copy to see if it would be helpful to students who don't already know the ropes, and it's not as helpful as I wished. For example, I assumed it would include not only a checklist of what to do when but a list of frontmatter that should be in every book, and it doesn't. If what you want is an idea how to schedule things, however, this may be worth picking up.
