This book is a collection of 120 philosophies to help teenagers cope with growing up in a world they do not understand. It is advice from a father conveying ways to cope with others, philosophies for life and how to build more confidence and self-esteem. Though the book was written from a father to his daughter, the words and advice pertain just as much to young men. Teenagers are exposed to a lot of unrealistic examples of how they should look, act and live. They see, hear and read about persons they try to imitate. Unfortunately, some are not able to do so and they become social outcasts. This book tries to let them know it is not what you wear or how you look that makes you special. It is what is in your heart and how you treat others that will make you special.
