The Great Currency Reset is the crisis (creeping or sudden) that occurs when the US dollar, over-inflated and weakened by unfettered printing or manipulation, loses its value and has to be “reset” – leading to massive economic dislocation and turmoil. Advocates claim a new golden age based on a return to the Gold Standard and “sound money,” and a windfall for those who were shrewd enough to stock up on gold, precious metals and other workable assets.
