"Tumbled Streams - by Raymond Sapienza" I have been a reader of Raymond’s MySpace blog for some time. I enjoyed stopping by to read a brief collection of words that usually seized a common truth assembled in poetic verse. It always illustrated just how clever Raymond is in his art, and it always evoked a smile. As I read Tumbled Streams, I found myself smiling again. There is this thematic return to the ‘rawness’ of things and Raymond skillfully refines them into meanings simple and at once profound. He is a very talented poet and you can tell that this, the art, it really means something to him. His dedication is on the pages. Sometimes the verse is full of emotion while at other times it is light and witty. It is always, however, a glimpse into the spirit of a thinking poet; an intellectual that lets his heart sing. If you have not bought it, please do, it is quite a pleasurable read. I give this a full stream of stars. Svetlana

"tumbled streams" A book of short, dreamy, wonderful poems and thoughts by one of, if not, my all time favorite poets. His writing enlightens the heart and mind of all those he touches. There's something inside for everyone and anyone. Definitely a book that I and my family will always treasure. Many thanks to Ray Gwen Hutchinson Odessa, Tx

"The view from the banks by the stream" One of the poems I enjoyed most in this book contains these two lines: "the time is now to cultivate the traits not clearly seen" I downloaded the book (something I don't do too often), because I read and enjoyed many of the author's poems, and was curious as to the contents of this book. What became evident to me is that within these pages is a careful distillation of the meditations of an organized mind, and of a conscientious and authentic person, who does not forget his own mortality. He has paid his dues and wants to share what he has learned, but he does not take himself too seriously.
