"I LOVE it! Science Fiction, Horror, and Fantasy. " RAZAR magazine is unique. It is a book in an easy to read magazine format. What a clever idea. This hefty collection of well written speculative fiction tales and non-fiction, features a nicely designed attractive layout. The full color covers by artist Laura Givens are a treat. Intermingled throughout and complimenting the featured authors’ exciting literary flights of fancy, terror, thrills, and adventure, the high quality illustrations, in a variety of compelling artistic styles, provide eye-candy and relevance, and are just plain spectacular. Publisher-editor Paul Campbell calls on his extensive publishing experience, and gathers together a stellar staff of experienced professionals, including illustrators, photographers, editors and more, to produce, polish, and present a glorious showcase magazine filled with hours and hours of entertainment. This may be a new publication, but it does not read like one – it is top... More > quality now, and I expect the next issue will be even better. I am hooked - I want more. I am eagerly awaiting RAZAR Issue 2.< Less

"Razar Magazine, most excellent!" The first thing I noticed was the quality of it, wonderful color and a pleasure to hold. This isn't some flimsy piece of a magazine, it's a book! Inside I really liked the art work and the stories, a wonderful mixture of sci fi horror and fantasy. The artists and photographers have done great jobs too, matching the work with the stories. I am very impressed! As I read through it I was impressed also withh the quality of the writers, very kewl stuff! I look forward to reading more from Razar. Great job, you'll enjoy this piece of work I know I am!

"What an eye-feast!" I received my copy of Razar the other day and I was certainly not disappointed. The layout is slick, the illustrations sumptuous, and the stories are guaranteed to keep the readers on the edge of their seats. The whole thing is beautifully put together. Stories begin with the enigmatic and grisly "The Owl of Darkwood" by Chris Bartholomew, then progress to Mo Irvine's "Loom" (modern-day witches hang out in the oddest places). John Irvine's deliciously weird "My Freezer and I" is one you just have to read (you won't believe it!) and Paul Campbell's beautifully illustrated "Black Sheep" is not for the faint-hearted. The illustrations (many of them full-page, definitely framable works of art) range from classic comic-horror style through immaculately accurate and realistic drawings, to superb B & W photography. All creepy, and all very collectable. I thoroughly recommend this collection for all horror fans,... More > and, come to that, for anyone who appreciates good writing and artwork. A must have.< Less

"High Quality Production and Content" RAZAR's first issue reads like a combonation of an anthology and magazine. Each other has multiple stories in it, which are each lavishly illustrated. The nonfiction comes in the form of articles and interviews. All of which are insightful. The stories are diverse in theme/style and entertaining. No matter what your preference is there is something here for any Horror, and Sci-Fi fan. The lay out of the magazine makes for easy reading, no overly fancy fonts or crazy font sizes. The presentation of material is done in an intelligent and easy accesable way. Defintely worth checking out either in print or as a download.

"Stunning " RAZAR is a fantastic magazine, full of great stories and illustrations. I am very proud to be in issue one, and I am excited for all who are in this one and all who will be in future issues. You can tell that the illustrations are made to order, perfect with the stories; this is something everyone involved should be proud of, something the reading public will love. It is my hope that this magazine will find itself well read, and in the hands of the reading public all over the world.
