Ms. Mundt gives a comprehensive overview on how to use hydrogen peroxide as a safe, green, and inexpensive alternative to many harsh chemical cleaners that are unhealthy and dangerous to children and pets. I personally use hydrogen peroxide for everything from cleaning around the house, fighting off colds, clearing sinuses, using it as a mouthwash and disinfectant. And nothing works better to clean my dog after he has gotten himself skunked than her secret recipe. The book contains easy to follow instructions and I consider it a must-have reference book in my household. I highly recommend it.
