Wonderful, Wonderful book!! I thought I knew how to eat healthy, but unfortunately the scale didn't show that. After reading this book I've implemented the things that I've learned. Beyond just the scale letting me know that it's working, my energy level and stamina show it as well. I feel wonderful! This book is very well rounded and touches most aspects of what we all need to succeed! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to a friend or two, nor have I! One friend stole my book, and another is on her way to buying it! I'll probably be back to buy a replacement, because I'm not sure I'll be getting mine back! ~ Shaney
Two thumbs up!! Great tips & tricks for diet, exercise & motivation. Book was easy to read & understand – almost like chatting with a girlfriend on the topic (unlike a lot of other books I’ve read that are difficult to follow and have too many scientific references). Rebecca gives you real-life examples and talks you through changes by offering small steps so that you aren’t overwhelmed. Loved how each chapter was devoted to a specific topic. Makes it easy to refer back to when you need a refresher. I especially liked the goals at the end of each chapter. They served as a great recap of the chapter and gave me action items to complete. I would recommend this book to anyone who is looking to start living or get back in to a healthier lifestyle.
This book was very important for me to recognize room for improvement in my health goals. Rebecca not only gives the reader an abundance of knowledge and ready to use programs for health success, she does it in a way that motivates and inspires change! Loved this book.
