I finally got very fond of my humans. They were very nice with me. Even the Matron. Well, I call her “the Matron», but it’s ironical. She was the matron of nothing. The dominant species in a human house is the cat. There were several, at our place. Cats are there to be served by the humans, and except that, they don’t seem to be of any use. Besides, they never seem to be able to make up their minds. They spend their time coming in and out of the house, with no apparent reason. As soon as they are in, they want to go out. And as soon as they are out, they want to come in. I had the impression my humans spent their time opening and closing the door for them. When the weather is fine, it’s easier : doors and windows are open, so the humans can have a rest. I think that’s the reason why they always seem happier when the weather is fine : the cats leave them in peace.
