"Bronky-Saw-Dust" I received an adorable little book in the mail yesterday!. My three-year-old son is thrilled with it (and believe me, he's one tough critic -- no kidding)! The artwork really captured his attention right away. I know instantly when a book is a winner with him -- and this one has that quality! Also, I love how it's written in a child's dialect. When I first read through it myself, I wondered if I'd stumble reading it aloud. NOPE! It flowed right off the tongue and Max was captivated. When I first told him the name of the book, he squinched his nose real funny and said "Bronky Saw Dust?? Bronky Saw Dust??" Then he started giggling. I've been saying, at random times..."Max...Bronky Saw Dust?!" and he breaks down into fits of giggles! My favorite line in the book is the one about mommy making that mommy face. It's really fun to read with different intonations, which is important from an adult perspective. If I don't like reading a book, I'm... More > apt to not read it to him unless he insists. I pick out the ones we both like. I also think the length of your story is perfect. It's a keeper!< Less
