"Defending your faith!!!!!!!!!" As someone who returned to the Church after several years of denial, I found myself forced to defend my faith against erroneous accusations from some evangelical friends of mine. Unfortunately, I didn't know enough yet to really defend the Church, and I wasn't a good spokesman for the faith. However, after finding this book online, I learned a great deal about what the Church stands for and why it is worth defending properly. This book has taught me a great deal about how to defend the faith. I recommend Finding God in Sin City to anyone who is interested in learning more about the Church, whether they be Catholic or not.

"A must for Catholics and non-Catholics" Whether you are Catholic and wanting to learn more about your faith or a non-Catholic wanting to understand either the Catholic Church or the beliefs of a Catholic friend, this book is for you. This book does so much more than "give the facts" about Catholic beliefs- it gives you the reasons why Catholics believe what they do. Brodhagen clearly has the non-Catholic Christian in mind when he writes- providing Biblical and historical reasons for beliefs and practices. Furthermore, his writing style is not only easy to read, but engrossing. His love for God, the Catholic Church and the Bible is infectious. I would especially recommend this book for non-Catholics who are married to or plan to marry a Catholic spouse.

"The most informative book I have ever read!!!" I have been a Catholic all my life, and unfortunately, I have not been taught the Bible as in depth as the "Bible Christians". Life experience has challenged me to seek and learn more about my faith, my beliefs, and my way of worship. I have been on many occasions challenged by "bible Christians" on my beliefs. Initially, I could offer them little to no response to their accusations towards the Catholic Faith. I am by no means a theologian now, but after reading this book, I could now go into a moderate debate and discussion with others in defense of the Catholic faith. More importantly, it allowed me to discover and learn more of "why we do what we do". The book is very fulfilling and definitely a must read! Thank you Richard Brodhagen for an amazing book.
