Although this is a very slim volume, it packs in information that you wouldn't find in a lot of places. The main message is the revelation for people who otherwise would not know, i.e. the majority of Western peoples, that Turkey has a culture rich with sightings of otherworldly beings. So much so that these encounters are considered normal. Farah makes the comparison to the UFO descriptions of the 20th century and onwards as well as throwing in lots of other interesting facts in a straight forward style. If you are already interested in UFOs this would be an interesting addition to your collection. I am studying the ancient spiritual beliefs of the world and possible encounters with multidimensional beings for a book I am writing and so this was perfect for me.

"Confessions of a Turkish Ufologist" I saw Farah at the Aztec Symposium and got a copy of this book. It's just like she is--charming and thought provoking, even sometimes funny. It's a really different take on UFO's etc, not the usual mumbo jumbo. Takes you places you haven't been and looks at things in a new way. Looking forward to reading more from Farah and i wish her books in Turkish were available in English!
