All By Myself Poetry is a four decade struggle of my trials, tribulations and where it all began for me as a Black poet struggling for survival in a White world. Back in the sixties Black people in America had no area of expression except for Jet Magazine. Racism was alive and well. It was in this setting that I first began to project my thoughts on paper, trying to make sense out of thing's that made no sense. Yet, in spite of all the cruel things my country has done to me I have not and will never speak out against her. Between these pages lies the hope, disappointment and limited successes of a Black man struggling for equality in Racists America.
