This book reminds me of places I've been and places I've wanted to go. Rick's stories are colorful, interesting and entertaining. He is a brilliant writer and his stories work well with Daniel's photography. This book belongs on your coffee table and will be enjoyed over and over.
Every morning, I travel with Cross Country. Coffee mug in one hand, turning the pages with the other, I explore our country and its people. Some of Rick's characters take me to places I've long forgotten. Others introduce their unique selves. Daniel's photography is vivid and compelling. This is a great read.
