It's very rare in aviation literature to find a work that is both informative and entertaining, but this book fits both those categories. I laughed at several of the interview accounts, and at the same time I found it very interesting to learn what is going on in the mind of the person conducting the interview. Unlike a lot of other books out there on the subject, it's clear the author is a pilot, an interviewer, and an interviewee, and I think it's those qualities that make this book and they way he writes easy to relate to. Highly recommend.
The title says it all! Rick uses his actual experience to pack this book with real world tips, and tested success strategies. Every pilot can start using this book immediately to advance their careers. This is far and above the best book I have ever read on the subject.
Excellent book! Highly entertaining and educational, infinitely more interesting than other books of similar genre. This book details the interview process from all aspects. It is a must have for anyone entering the job market!
