"Great collection of "Wold Newton Universe" articles" This is one of several collections of Rich Lai's articles on various "Wold Newton Universe" materials. A second collection is out and who knows when others will. For those not familiar with WNU, its a way of looking at fictious characters which tries to find interconnections between them (even those from different authors in different genres). It can be fun, for those who approach it right. Rich has been one of the leading writers in this area, and this is a collection of articles on heroic characters. Most articles are short, so one is able to pick and choose what you want to read. If there is any criticism, is that it can be frustrating for some who may not be fully familiar with all the characters covered. I know some, but not all. I do plan on getting his second collection and his other works.
