    Customers should leave your store happy. I strongly recommend this handy guidebook to every business owner, not only to those having trouble, as it has the potential to increase customer care. Most of the time I am not amazed by any service, and this has to change if you want to maximize profit. The experienced author gives all the advice she learnt the hard way and it is truly worth it, as if offers a wide variety of tips and tricks on how to be the best retailer. Also, Mrs. Klein gives great aid on how to transfer your enthusiasm to your staff and make profit every time a shopper comes into your store. This book truly shows, that “the client is always right”, and certainly will help you to do so. And more importantly, you will start to feel that is the right way to do business.
