The Official "Stop Me If You've Heard This One" Jokebook is a collection of jokes without a theme, an aim, or any sensibility: just five big old chapters of mirth and filth.

"I liked It" Hi, My name is Aristotle. THE Aristotle. Primo philosopher dude, ya know? And I must say that THE OFFICIAL "STOP ME IF YOU HEARD THIS ONE" JOKEBOOK is funny as Sophocles doing his Leta and the Swan bit after one too many bottles of wine. However, I digress. Even though I've been dead for over two-millenia and missed some of the topical references the writing is crisp and clear, mostly in dialog (this Rob Loughran fella has obviously read my "Poetics" and taken to heart my lessons on immediacy and involving the audience emotionally--true, the emotions are revulsion and disgust, but what the hell) and even though the language would make a Spartan blush it's a bargain. Mainly because the pile of steaming-sheep-mithros is free. Humor a dead man, try the book. Long on observance of Aristotlean Unity; short on good taste. You can quote me. Peace-Out, Aristotle
"Outstanding humor" I really enjoyed it. On the order of the "Uncle John's" series. great wealth of jokes enough to offend just about anyone. Keep it up Rob, you may have begun the encyclopedia of jokes.
