Sinnott's——Textbook of Chiropractic Philosophy offers the Chiropractic profession a clear and concise view of what sets Chiropractic apart as a separate and distinct profession. Not since R.W. Stephenson wrote his famous text in 1927, has the profession had a texbook designed for both classroom use and personal study that digs deeply into the details of the philosophy of Chiropractic. After a twenty year search for answers to his own questions of Chiropractic philosophy, Dr. Sinnott offers much of that knowledge in an easily understandable way through his pleasant writing style and use of practical examples. If you are looking for a clearly written resource of Chiropractic information, look no further! Feel free to click the book cover to see a preview of Sinnott's——Textbook of Chiropractic Philosophy!

This book is a must read for any Chiropractor looking to study the philosophy and principles of Chiropractic! It is an integral part of my continued study and understanding. It should be a required textbook for all T1 Chiropractic students. I keep 3-4 extra copies at my office to give to students or doctors who come to observe.
What a great way to learn about our philosophy. Modernized language - true content - wonderful to see Dr. Sinnott in print. The first few chapters are worth the purchase price.
Dr. Rob Sinnott’s new Textbook of Chiropractic Philosophy should be included in the curriculum at every chiropractic college. Clear, concise, and very readable, the principles that define a profession are elucidated with practical examples of their application and an impassioned understanding that could only have come from many years of real-world application of those principles. Dr. Sinnott provides a treasure that compliments and builds on the prior benchmark works on the subject by Palmer, Stephenson, Barge and Strauss. - Herb Newborg - President, Chiropractic America
The question first in my mind was we have Stephenson why would be need Sinnott? The answer is simple - Dr. Sinnott restates classical chiropractic philosophy in a much clearer way. He pays particular attention to terms and definitions and makes an excellent case for chiropractic being entitled to it's own vocabulary. He does a good job of removing the "religious" leanings BJ propagated to circumvent the law. Ever chiropractor should read this book no matter where they fall in the spectrum of chiropractic. The way this book has clarified things should allow for better understanding and lead to some of the critics of chiropractic philosophy within the profession to be able to move toward embracing true chiropractic. Everyone, who is labeled a chiropractor, should read this book since you cannot be a chiropractor without knowing what chiropractic is. I would suggest particularly those who feel chiropractic do not need philosophy read this to see if their reasons are valid. W.... More > Charles Hollensed, D. C.< Less
