The story of one man's adventure in leaving the church as he'd known it.
"YOU are real. I do believe that," the Wanderer prayed silently. "I know that You had something in mind when You instituted the church. There has to be a reason for it. You said You would be with us...but where are You here? I can't feel You, I can't see You, and with all this noise, I can't hear a THING."

This is a truly insightful book. For those stung by or ostracized from the Christian church, this book will be water in the dessert -- insights from a man who has been in that same place. A fast and valuable read.
"I have read your book and I thank God that I have." I am in that place you were at the beginning and I have been searching the Bible and am as frustrated as you were. Thank You for writing this book. It truly has been a blessing to me. The translation of the Didache at the end was perfect. I had never heard of the document before and so read other various translations before I read your paraphrase. When I read your paraphrase, I laughed out loud because that’s exactly how I would have done it. I pray for and thank God for you, your family and your “church” daily. Keep Up God’s Work!
