Directed the salvage on the Russian cruiser Knockimoff which was sunk by the Japanese, with its treasure trove, in the Tsushima Straights of the China Sea in 1905. Later he was in atomic research and the “Spy in the Sky” satellite program. 37 photos and illustrations.
