Awesome - I sat down and read it from cover to cover in one sitting. This is a “must read” book for anyone considering hiring another human being. Beyond that I would recommend this book for anyone looking for or even thinking of looking for employment. Understanding the interviewer’s point of view will save time money, frustration and disappointment.
